Benefits apply when the ChibiSwipe app launches and are subject to the offer terms. edhellond reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer. Details may change before launch.
The planned benefits are 3 months of ChibiSwipe+ at no charge from app launch and a Founding Member profile badge. The number of spots claimed shown on the website reflects the number of waitlist sign-ups we have recorded. Email addresses are not verified at sign-up. Joining the waitlist is not a contract, and this offer does not guarantee a launch date or availability in your country.

2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or probe the site, scrape it in bulk, submit other people’s details without permission, send automated or abusive signups, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is not a contract. It does not guarantee access to the app, a launch date or availability in your country, and we may change or cancel plans at any time. Features shown on the site are plans and may change.
4. 18+ only
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use ChibiSwipe.
5. Intellectual property
The ChibiSwipe name, mascot, design and site content belong to us or our licensors. Names of anime and characters mentioned belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission, except for normal sharing of the site link.
6. Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights that apply to you.
